At CEDA we would like to give a pat on the back to Rre Mogomotsi Motlapele of Mogogelo Camp for his gesture of benevolence towards the kids of Sankoyo Primary School and the needy in the village.
All tourism operators were financially hit hard by Covid-19 and it is really humbling to see Rre Mogomotsi going out of his way to reach deep into his pockets and buy school uniforms to the students at Sankoyo Primary School and build three houses to the needy, during such a financially challenging time.
Through his company, Tamog Tours and Safari, Rre Motlapele , a veteran Safari operator, donated school uniforms to 20 students and three houses to deserving families in the area. Tamog Tours and Safari is the parent company to Mogogelo Camp, a luxury safari tented-camp that has been financed by CEDA. Rre Motlapele has previously assisted the Sankoyo community by renovating their public Clinic.
ABOUT MOGOGELO CAMP
Mogogelo Camp is leased in the NG34 concession, situated in the Kazikini area just about 60 kilometers from Maun, on your way to Moremi Game Reserve. The Camp boasts of 10 luxury tents with a waterhole that is frequented by an array of wild animals such as lions, elephants, giraffe, warthogs, impala and leopards, making it every Safari enthusiast’s dream destination.
